This wall-hung cabinet is traditionally styled and custom-sized to fit a recess designed into the client’s sunroom.

The stained-oak cabinet has glass doors, mortised center-lapped dividers and handmade wooden pulls.

The matching desk features a small pencil drawer on one side, a ventilated computer cavity behind a faux drawer front on the other side and pull-out keyboard tray.

Solid maple window seat with two ample drawers, large forged pulls, upholstered cushion and wrapped edge beading.  Mortise and tenon joinery throughout.  Finished with polyurethane.

Situated in a mudroom entry.

Solid oak vanity custom made for a sink provided by the client.  The design makes efficient use of the small space through a “U” shaped drawer that wraps around the plumbing.  Mortise and tenon joinery.  Finished with stain and polyurethane.

Solid cherry sideboard with two ample drawers, elegant tapered legs and handmade pulls.  Mortise and tenon, and dovetail construction throughout.  Finished in oil/varnish.

Commissioned by a corporate client, this case piece was designed to hold a large computer monitor and CPU adjacent to a conference room table.

Upper frame is integral to the case sides, with the stiles mortised through the top and finished with cherry inlay.  Wedged through mortise and tenon construction with frame and panel back.  Finished with Danish oil and polyurethane.

This box was a labor of love, a  gift made for my niece to commemorate her high school graduation.

It’s a simple box made special in the choice of material for the top, design of the lift-out tray and use of handmade miniature contrasting dowels in the construction of the lower dividers, tray handles and finger lift.

This Asian-inspired bench is solid cherry with walnut accents in the wedged through-tenons, and finished to a soft oil and varnish surface.  The slats taper slightly toward the middle, providing a very comfortable seat.
